I was on eBay the other day and found a ported intake. Some of you might have saw it as well. Apparently you can send your ported intake to a guy and he will port match it to your carburater for $30.00!! The guy's name is Jason, he might even be a forum member, but anyway for $30.00 that is a great deal as opposed to paying from $75.00 to $175.00. Anyway, just thought I would mention it to those who have not spotted it on eBay yet. Just tryin' to help.

that is a good deal how do you get the head side port matched?

 

there is not much to work with there anyway. just leave it same size as stock. ya its better if you have the head but not that big of deal.

 

aren't most stock heads about the same? might be able to find a std, to go with.

 

I go along with shmee. All you're going to do is knock out what torque you have on low end, for a marginal difference in hp;
and make it harder to balance power immediately, imo. Mo' money!

 

Jason ported my intake. I got a lot better throttle response and a boost over all it seems. Well worth the money I think.

it depends on what mods you have. stock carb prob not uping to a 45 shure.
