Are you talking about raw fuel in the oil. If so look to see if your leaking fuel from your carb or Intake back into your airbox. I hear it's a common problem. Since the CCV is in the bottom of the airbox that would be a good place for it to get into the oil. You may want to disconnect the CCV and plug the airbox and see if you get a pool of fule in your airbox.

Mudlover, do you leave your fuel petcock on the "ON" position when not in use? I'm wondering if fuel can gravity feed through the fuel pump into the carb and past a stuck or dirty float valve into the crankcase.

if you do leave the petcock on when sitting, there is a chance of gas going through the lines and into the carb, filling it and then into the head, then the oil.
Mudlover- do you keep the fuel valve on when transporting it?(hauling it by trailer or truck) that would also do the trick, with the extra airflow when transporting, to allow fuel to keep flowing then into the oil.

Hey thks man,
It is raw fuel and I have replaced the boot already,
Pistons rings, whole top end and still doing this.
I am aware of the issue regarding fuel valve and i always turn it off when ever it sits for more than 10 minutes.
Keep the suggestions coming?

I always turn fuel off even for only 10 minutes.
Is anyone else getting this at all?
I did modify the carb by doing a jet kit but all dealer done and they cant figure this one out nor can Polaris?
I replaced piston rings etc all under warrenty last fall ran it maybe 10 times this winter and the oil looks like thin very light oil and smells like gas.Also puffing black out of the pipe.
And its not me!!!

Mudlover do you have a service manual because it goes into more detail. I hear you can pull up the manual from the Polaris site. A bad pump could be your problem depending on where the vacuum comes from, however all of the pump failures I have heard of leaves the quad dead on the trail.
To test fuel pump:
1. Turn fuel off.
2. Disconnect impulse line from pump
3. Connect Mity-Vac (PN 2870975) to impulse line fitting on the pump.
4. Apply 5 inches (Hg) vacuum to the pump fitting.
The diaphragm should hold vacuum indefinitely. If fuel is present in the impulse line or vacuum chamber of the pump, the diaphragm is ruptured. The pump diaphragms must be replaced.
The impulse line is the line on top, the top half of the fuel pump.
To test fuel pump:
