Elevation changes and jetting

Default Elevation changes and jetting

Is it the higher elevation the leaner you will run or the opposite?

Opposite.
Itll get much richer, lots of guys remove the air box lid at altitude ot get it running good again.

some guys put vents in that are open and closeable so they can adjust accordingly...

most of the time, guys just drill 1 inch holes in the lid, and then you can buy the nylon caps that snap into the holes. Lowes among others sells those caps. Then as you go higher, and experience the symptoms of rich, you can selectivly remove the caps. When you come back down, and experience the symptoms of lean...put the caps back in.

or you can cut a hole in your airbox( like mine) and put tape over it and then just take the tape off accordingly..
