I have the opportunity to trade for a 1999 Polaris Magnum 500. Does anyone have any experience with this model?

It has a few dings but overall in great shape. I have never owned an ATV (have a Kawaski Mule 2510 that I love); but thought the Polaris would be useful (spraying mesquite, prescribed burns, keeping the truck off the roads, etc.) on the ranch as well.

The Polaris seems huge, I am 5'5" but drives nice (only had it on streets).

Any comments, etc. would be appreciated. Trying to wrap up the trade today or tomorrow.

I 've owned the same machine for 4 years and put on over 4,000 miles, great quad, I can't think of any reasons not to get it.
