wierd noise

Default wierd noise
im getting a noise and vibration similar to that of a belt letting go, coming from the right side. i can feel the faint knocking vibration with my foot. i thought that it was just a loose chain but that is not the case. ideas anyone

might be the bearings getting bad in the chain tentioner
