Default Raptor 700 Riding very stiff

Got my new raptor 700 last wednesday, Great power and handling. But it rides much stiffer that my 04 raptor. I can't seem to adjust the rear stock compression force. I screw it in and out all the way, but it makes no difference. The dampening adjustment works fine. Talked to my dealer, they say there is very little adjustment for compression and that they don't repair stocks. On my old raptor, I would unscrew it until a bottomed out then just screwed it in a few clicks. Can anyone share their experience on how their 700 rides and if the compression adjustment works well for them. If the dealer won't make good on it, I'll be purchasing a new stock if you guys think it's defective.

if its a reservoir, never screw the dampening screw in or out all the way, put it in a little always

I have an 04 and mine rides stiff. I rode a friend's 700 when he got it a month ago and was very impressed with the softness of it. I'm not sure on the settings of his shocks, but I'm planning on looking closer into it so I can adjust mine to match his. It felt like going from power steering (700) to without power steering (660) when switching back.

WoW it got you stiff huh? I'll admit i got a bit of a chub first time i rode one too

definatly sounds like a bunk shock. if you screw the one on the bottom all the way in it should just lock your *** end down.screw the one on the top or resevoir in and it should be rigid.
