Default Raptor throttle response???

I have an 04 Raptor, sometimes I notice a cut-out when I hit the throttle, almost as if it is getting too much gas and "chocking" to death. IT ONLY LASTS A SPLIT SECOND but is VERY aggrevating. Is this normal? It does it from no throttle mostly but i have noticed it when i was already on the throttle. I will appreciate your suggestions.

I always had to take mine off to set them. They're hard to get to on the quad. If it's stock I would set the left carb at 2 1/2 turns and the right at 2 3/4 turns.
