I bought a gytr cdi for my 06 yfz and yamaha is telling me thats the problem with my 450. They said Yamaha does not make a cdi for the 2006 only the 04/05 and the power curves are different for the 06. I checked and they do not sell one for the 06 but they are basically the same motor still, I dont see why it will not work. Does anybody know anything about this ? please let me know, thanks
