i have a 250 ex honda and want to move up ....do yall suggest a 250r or a 400ex..i am 13

 

If you can swing it I would go with a 450r and you are a good rider.

 

i am a pretty good rider but i aint got the $$$$ for a 450r but thanks for the reply

 

Go 400ex unless you like wrenching or have the money to constantly throw at the 250R.

 

if your a 2stroke crazy guy like me than get the 250r or lt250r,but keep in mind there are alot of maintnrnce to keep up on.im 14 an i am pretty mechanicly inclined so i dont realy have to woory about havin to bring it to the shop.if your decent with mechaNICS THEN I WOULD GO WITH A 2stroke.

 

A nice 250r (stock) will run you a pretty fat sack of ca$h, so I'd say 400ex.

I agree. 400ex's are great quads. They are very dependable and have a ton of hop up potential.

 

The 400 EX or even the 300 EX are both really good quads. The 400 EX might be too big for a 13 year old, depending on your size and riding ability. Try them both out and see which one fits you better.
