If its a 2 stroke theres an unlimited amount of mods you can do. A cheap ($50) clutch kit will help it out. A good higher compression head ($50-$100) will give it lowend grunt and topend too.

yes when installing a uni filter need to remove stock airbox, but beware since you're be increasing air flow you might need to rejet. so install a new spark plug at the same time and do a plug check

I've done a muffler mod to my Falcon 250 that others have done to their 90 and 110 models that has given a significant improvement in performance. Just look for the 90, 110 and falcon 250 upgrades/performance mods in the kids/other ATV and Raceway ATV forums. I've posted the modifications several times. If you can't find it send me a private message with your email address and I'll send you the setup/performance guide I've written/currently updating for the Falcon 250. Or send me an email at smithbr@comcast.net and I'll reply, attaching the setup guide to it.

I have a few performance parts that I have added to my boys 90 Falcon listed on my website...
AFROracing Kazuma Performance
So far I have added or modified:
-seperated the front/rear brake by adding a front master cylinder off of a KX80.. Just plug the splitting block at the rear breaks and run the brake line to the front brake lever.
- I added 14 tooth from a 12 tooth front sprocket to gain more speed (much use 420 chain with these sprockets)
- K&N filter adaption.. (how too on the website)
- Big Gun exhaust for a TRX90 ( had to be cut shorter and rewelded)
wheels off Suz LT80's 3/120 bolt pattern will fit!
things I need to figure out:
-replacement brake pads
-nerf bars
-clutch weights
-suspension ( http://www.hyper-tuned.com/SUSPENSION.html has shocks that may work)
-if all else fails I add a 125cc brand X mini engine with manual clutch and all the wiring to make it happen for around $400.. BRAND X MINI's
later,
Chad
