Arctic Cat 650 utility quad vs a Blaster HAHAHAHAHA
#1
I'll admit that my blaster is a small quad. It's an 05 Blaster that have no engine mods. A guy I work with just bought the new Arctic Cat 650 Utility quad. He thinks he actually stands a chance in a race on the power lines. Did I miss something? Is there something I should know about these quads??? Did a 735 lb four stroke, four wheel drive, driveway plowing utility quad suddendly become fast??? The blaster may only be a 200 CC quad but it's made for racing, weighs 400 lbs less than the Arctic, handles better and is a two stoke. What do you guys think?
Thanks

I dunno man, I had a kawisaki prairie 400 and it was pretty damn quick for a 600 lb machine, the 650 will definitely burn your blaster on top end. Acceleration you might have a chance, but don't forget to wave bye bye after around 4th gear.

Man you guys are making me question myself now. The powerlines are full of whoops so I think that we be an advantge to me. I just can see that huge quad handling very well on those things. Maybe I should as him if he will be racing with or without the plow and lawn mower attachment

You will get smoked like a joint.......................................Not only will he beat you,he probably can have a passenger and still win, alot of those big bike run very well. Good luck anyways.

MopedStunts, are you riding on the High Tension lines? I ride them all the time and you will probably beat the 650 because it is nothing but whoops out there.

LOL the arctic cat will smoke the blaster no question. The blaster would be out in front for the first 10-15 feet than the arctic would pull so far away you wouldnt even be able to se him
