Default 12 tooth front sprocket- raptor 660

hi, how much speed will i lose overall when i drop a tooth on the front? and is it worth it on what i gain in acceleration? is it going to be noticible? do you prefer having less speed topend?

depends on what else you have done and what you use the quad for. you will lose around 5mph on the top, but unless you are riding at full throttle in 5th all the time it is not noticeable and well worth the extra grunt coming out of corners and getting off the line. It also allows you to stay in higher gears more so you will actually pick up speed overall on an average.
