NEWS FLASH !! Sandbomber/HPR/OnDunes gets # 1 !!
#1
Just got off the phone with Glenn and he said they won 1st Place in the single cylinder all motor four stroke class with a 4.23 !!!! GREAT JOB GUY'S Glenn's mood was a little elevated and I got kinda excited plus the cell service is a little scratchy so there's a lot of questions I forgot to ask. Like who was driving and all kinds of other stuff, but I do know that Glenn is very happy to have this win and is looking forward to the nitrous run tomorrow in the single cylinder unlimited class. Eric's bike did not run today but should run tomorrow, Glenn feels that unless they knock one of themselfs out against the other on the way up the ladder it will be Glenn VS Eric at the Money Run. Glenn said there were some long faces at the track, nobody was expecting a bomber to take home the money!!

congrats!!!
it's not easy to setup a bike to race with and without a power adder and have great results with both. hope the setup for NOS (gearing, paddles, etc) works out tomorrow.
the NOS class should be interesting. it's a guessing came as to how much NOS the other guys will run and what the minimum shot is you'll need to take the win.

Yep, thats right guys a 4.23 sec pass with 222 behind the wheel. The most impressive part is the fact that he twisted another carbon fiber axle while doing a practice launch before staging and I mean to tell you it snapped like a twig. They must have changed back to the aluminum gun drilled axle within 10 mins time. Very impressive also was when 222 came back and took out the top qualifier for the class. 222 ran 2 consecutive 4.3 sec passes. What a jockey. I told you boys, BOMBARDIER FIRST!
