Every once in a while my 250ex will slip out of gear and pop right back into gear. It is 4 days old! Is this something wrong with the clutch alignment?

 

so your driving and it will go into neutral? then pop back into the gear? thats wierd i'd have to say something is wrong w/ the alignment liek you said.... that would be under warranty get it checked out..... warranties cover anything that is not supposed to break that soon....
