While trying to wire up a headlight for my son's Predator 90, I have managed to kill the horn and electric start. It will still start with the kick starter. The fuse by the battery is good. Any ideas on where to look for a fusible link or other fuse? Anyone have the wiring diagrams?

Try the fuse near the battery. It's in a little fuse box. You can run those bikes even without the battery the stator output will run the bike so you prolly blew the fuse. Some bikes have the ground differently. Some are ground to run and some ground out to kill it.
It's probably just the fuse. Should be close to this and hope it helps.

It is fixed. I must have overloaded the starter relay. I was pulling power off the 'deadman' switch to switch the new relay and I guess it was too much. With either the lights or the deadman hooked up, it worked fine, but with both hooked up, nothing worked. I put a tap on a different switched wire and both the starter and light works.
