I was looking through my December 2000 issue of dirtwheels, and on page 163 there is an add for CT's Boring, Machine&ATV Repair, and on the bottom of the add it says "Home of the 70mph TRX300 4X4".I think that getting 70mph out of a 300 4x4 would be very difficult because you can't change the gearing because it is shaft drive (I guess you can by changing tire size, but the big tires are heavy, and tough to pull). The only way I could see this happening is if they put a bore kit on it, with huge light tires, and got the engine to rev to 14 000RPM!!

CT racing is experienced enough they could change the gearing on the shaft. They could also stroke, port and bore it.
