After trying the search feature and not having much luck, I was wondering if anyone out there has had any luck installing a nitrous kit on their Raptor 700? I have ordered one but cannot find any info on which tuner would be the best to kit to compensate for this added power. Keep in mind I am not trying to go out all with this kit, just looking at around a 10hp shot which should provide plenty kick in the pants. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all

I believe Boondockers is the one with an EFI control box with N20 staging. The other basic programmers dont have the capacity to control the N20 because its not constant. The exception to the rule would be if this were strictly a drag bike and you had the N2O staged to trigger via a TPS at say 5kRPM or so, and changed the fuel map on a basic programmer to support the N2O with more fuel during that RPM. If you actually tried to play ride it at that rpm and not use the spray, youd be horribly rich.

glamis700 have you got a picture of your Hella 4000 Compact HIDs? Where did you mount them?

 

I put the Boss Noss setup on my 06 Raptor.. Still working on the setup though. The stock fuel injector and connecting rod need to be improved if you are wanting more than a 15 hp shot. New high strength rods are being built as we speak.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

i know him very good and he wants to put 1 on mine for free just i have to pay for the nitrous bottle he know what he is doing.

he dont race a quad unless it has over 100hp on it
