I don't own one, but I have seen there are several people on here that can help. I would start by doing a search. Some of the things I remember folks doing are trimming the slide on the carburetor so it will open all the way, and changing the cdi box to allow higher rpms and a more aggresive advance curve. There are also people that have done engine swaps.

Good Luck,
Shawn

There are alot of things that you can do, but none of them (that really make a difference anyway) are really cheap. I have both a Raptor 80 and 50, and I swapped in an 80 engine because I felt that it was the most cost-effective way to increase the performance of the 50 ("bang for the buck"). I'm very happy with the results, and so is my son.
