Default 2006 raptor 700 mods ?????

hey there guys , just dropped a note here, i just bought a raptor 700 , and my brain is frying out ....i want the bike to be powerfull but i want it to be not so loud,,,i have the article about the pipe shoot out..i figured i would do the air box mod pro filter, aluminum peice and the kn filter,,with the powercommander efi box, and a hindle pipe combo ,,i thought about the ct racing but it was 100 db...remember 3 db is twice as loud ..so its 3x louder then stock ..the hindle was the next best at 93.3 db and had great power...so anywho if someone who has played with the 700please inform me about this am i on the right track ..also can i just do the airbox mod with no efi computer and no and no pipe just airbox conversion using the stock pcm and stock pipe...i was told its worth 5 hp ...i reveiwed all the tfi computers and feel the powercomander is the top dog , please post if you have any advice ..thenx rj

I have the 700r with hmf full system and pcIII controler. the problem with the controler maps you can down load from dyno is there very rich. I am in Louisiana and fowled many plugs. Also could not keep up with the yfz. had a map made for my bike and can turm 22 inch 10 pattle haulers. also out run most yfz and trx. also an add on for your pcIII will be comming out where you will be able to switch between two different maps. dont piece your bike to gether. get the performance parts you need, then put them on for a fast and "reliable" bike.
