Hey guys, looking for a little help on what type of exhaust and jet to buy for my 05 Raptor 350. I been talking to some of the guys at the dealership and they told me to get on a forum and try asking for advice so here i am. Thanks for the help.

 

It has the same motor as the warrior. I suggest going with HMF. I really like the pipe. I got pipe K&N filter and jets from HMF. I don't think they offer the clamp-on style K&N and thats the only thing I didn't like about their kit.If I had to do it over I would get the clamp-on and mounting bracket from someone else.

 

I just put a Supertrapp IDS II exhaust(quiet core) on my 2003 warrior...I have a K&N Air Filter and I
raised the carb needle one notch and went up to 152 main jet....Bike runs really good...Sounds
good too..It's not extremely loud, but has a nice throaty sound...If you want loud get the race core
instead of the quiet core...Just my 2 cents...Supertrapp was the cheapest I found, I paid 189, most
others are 225 and up....Since I saved some money on the pipe I also ordered a stock replacement
header from bike bandit....Replaced entire exhaust for under $275.....[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]
