Default Dodge and Yamaha together? lol

A light hearted joke at gas mileage lol. We have a dodge truck that doesnt do well on the mpg side of things as dodge is notorious for. Akin to the Kodiak it seems like I cannot back it out of the shed without re-fueling. Geez i dont talk out of my a*s ive been riding since my first suzuki 125 3-wheeler 15yrs ago. My 98 Sportsman 500 could drag 130-140miles out of a tank depending on how it was ridden, and the rancher was decent. BUT and i mean BUT lol, I do believe this yamaha opens up a camel hump when i hit the throttle and there goes my precious push water. With the current tire setup, and if ridden at all aggresively, out of a 4-gallon tank its 50-60miles TOPS. I just returned from trip in the woods doin a lil night scopin on animal trails with close friend on his Grizz 660, lol he JUST got it out of shop yesterday and the 4-wheel drive quit workin tonight in a small swamp we crossed. When pressing the button nothing happend, but we did track a small clicking noise to the fuse relays below the seat, but could not find any faulty fuses so its back to the shop again . Not good for him. Hope the ole Kodiak does a little better on durability, hes also had 3 engine replacements at 5600miles '04 model. No, the 4-wheeler is not babied lol. Anyway just spuring some thoughts on the kodiaks horrid 15miles per gallon if it manages that. good ridin -joe
