I supose you may be able to take a SRA kodiac and make some custom adaptations.

 

Does the wheel base on a Kodiac match the Grizz? If the Kodiac wheel base is not as wide it will not work.

 

It might be easier to adapt the grizz motor into a Kodiac Chassis.

 

Anything can be done, but the question is why you want to do it. Is this question just to settle a bet? If not, post why yo9u want to do this and there might be some people here that can help you. Someone might have solved your issue without having to do a conversion.
