Broken cvt/ axle

i was wondering if this would be covered under my warrenty.. i was pokin along and it broke on me..

Yes, my wife's 07' 400 XT's front end lower "A" arm where the strut connects to the ball joint snapped and off the road she went. She drives like Grandma too. She's lucky she didn't get killed.
