Default 94 Kodiak Cooling?

I bought a used 94 Kodiak. One thing I have noticed is the fan has never kicked on.

The wheeler has been super hot too, enough to almost burn your leg.

So over the weekend I remove the fan thinking that was the problem.. The fan worked when directy wired to a battery...

So not sure what my next step should be.

I can find any blown fuses or damaged wires..

Any help or suggestions would be great.

thanks

Jay

Default 94 Kodiak Cooling?

if i am not mistaken i believe the fan goes on when the engine gets to a certain temperature, so i'd check the sensor for that, also my kodiak runs hot to, its an old bike so it might get a little hot some times
