Default cam-am 450

Well i heard that bombardier change thier name because they are going to be releaseing a 450. They change it so the 450 will continue the cam-am racing history. the reason it was not out with these models because it was not quite ready. can anyone else back this up or is this all just hopes and dreams.

I wish there was a 450 or a light sport quad. BRP/Can-Am, another disappointing new model year.

Why not produce the can-am 500 again? That thing was an animal. I was only 13 when my older brother traded my little 80 and $150.00 for one, which made it half mine. It was a pain to start because of the left kicker. I'd stand on a milk crate beside it, and kick it with my right foot. Take offs and stops were kind of tricky too. I had to lean it way over, and slide half way off. Man did that bike rip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

450 dirtbike = 450 quad eventually, they would be dumb not to release it this year.

We need to face the facts boys... the 450 and a new DS are NOT happening this year(06/07). The models thay just anounced are not coming to dealers until November or December, and that puts the sport models pushed out until at least this time next year... and that probably means 5 or 6 months after that. I don't think they would put out a sport quad right before summer (too hot). Fall/Winter is the time sport models would be selling, so my guess is end of '07 or begining of '08.

Does re-introducing a dirtbike really make sense though? Dealers tell me they sell quite a few more quads then dirtbikes unless it's some sort of commorative special edition?? A V-twin 450 sportquad? <G>

I was hoping for something big Friday night... I went to bed at midnight pissed and woke up Saturday wondering why I had stayed up waiting for the announcement.
