There's a bunch of companies that make big bore kits for the 350. www.fourstroketech.net, www.powroll.com, and www.cycleworksracing.net are the first ones that come to mind.

Agreed. The 350 isn't really a cost effective machine to mod. As soon as you make it faster, you'll probably want to make it handle better, and ride better. It turns into a money pit real quick. My warrior is a nice machine, but put about $4000 into performance mods and I still don't really have much to take to the track against the new machines. For what I spent on my warrior, and the aftermarket stuff I could have bought a raptor 700 or any of the 450s and had enough left over for a couple basic mods.

and that's y i built my warrior like i did

everything is done on the cheap... i MIGHT have $600 into mods for it.. and i can keep up with modded 450r's through the whoops at badlands

as well as keep up with pretty much anything at Dirt Mx ... ppfft and i didn't even have back brakes

I put a lot of money into it too, look at my sig, but I luv it, to each is own. I had the FST power kit, it came with a 2mm overbore 11.1 piston, Midrange cam and valve springs, and oil cooler for like $500 shipped. Now I have the Hotrods 400 stroker, that was like $650, and I did the work.
