I am surprise there is no talk of a 80hp quad here on the Yamaha forums

Yamaha released a 80hp 4stroketwin in its 2007 Phazer last feb


The sled weighs in at 450lbs

Now stick that engine in a quad and it should be lighter

CVT or 6speed that quad would be king of the hill for a long while IMO

That would have been the perfect engine match up for the Wolverine

Now that it is reality maybe we should expect this in a quad soon

Hey Garyc660R, I just noticed you're from PEI. Where do you ride there, I'm sure just about anywhere in the country .. do you get to the beaches much? My wife is from the Charlottetown area. I lived in Summerside for about 18 months during the bridge construction ...

 

There is, but it's about banshees and raptors that actually exist. Instead of wishing, wanting and whining some of us just go ahead and turn the machines availible into the bikes we want.
