Prairie 650 Wheel Bearing Part Number
#1
A few months ago, my right wheel bearings in my Prairie 650 went. I went to an aftermarket shop to order some replacement wheel bearings, and when I got there the dealer had the bearings in-stock.
He sold me 2 wheel bearings. When I removed the steering knuckle, I noticed that the OEM bearing inside the knuckle was a single double roller bearing. So I removed the OEM bearing and installed 2 aftermarket single bearings.
Well the other weekend, my left wheel bearing let go, and the shop where I got my bearings a few months ago closed up shop.
Unfortunatly, I didn't write down the bearing Part Number from the aftermarket bearings I installed so I'm wondering if anybody would happen to have the bearing part number for the replacement bearings.
Early last week, I ordered the replacement wheel bearings kit from All ***** Bearing, but it hasn't come in yet. So I'm thinking that if I had the bearing part number, I could go to a bearing shop and get the ones I need.
Thanks
Dan

I have my old housing's here (from where I had to pay for the recall and got them back) The bearing number inside is 308WD08 NSK Japan.
Not sure if those are zero's or or O's in that number though.
I believe you will have to press these in as they are very tight and you will harm them from the repeated banging it would take if using a hammer & socket. $80.00 for a OEM bearing at your dealer.
I don't think you will find them other than from All ***** so you will have to wait, or pay the money maker. They are good bearings though, got 11,000KMs out of my first set.
What do All ***** cost if you don't mind me asking?
Sincerely DOA
