Amsoil Oil Filter

Default Amsoil Oil Filter
I bought an Amsoil oil filter (SMF-103) for my 04 Raptor but it is approx 1" longer than the OEM filter. I was wondering if Amsoil had a misprint in their application guide. The filter seems to bottom out and appears that it may cause some interference between my foot and the back brake pedal. Has anyone else used this filter?
