My name is Franco... iam 16 and i just sold my go kart to get a atv... I have riden once on a atv.. but it was small either 50cc
or 150cc... in the everglades....and it was really fun.. since then i got hook on atv.s...Well since iam not that experinceed i always wanted to know if u can use a atv on the street..i know it must have turn signels, but is there such thing as a kit that u can buy to use it on the steet..or what...Also i like the racing atv not the utilily ones....which sport atv is a good buy??? I dont care about the cc's cuz my brother has a hyabusa which i drive around the neighbor hood from time to time.....so i like going really fast... But which atv is the fasest and best for going offroading in the mud and turning kind of hard....i like the yamaha raptor 700 but is it a good buy...expensive but is it worth it....Or is there another atv that is better.....thanks in advance for all ur help....

Welcome to the forums
OK first the 700 Raptor is a awesome quad but it maybe a bit much for starters, if decide to get one just take your time and get the hang of it before going crazy.
OK for advise, buy something used to start (unless money isnt a problem) get a warrior, raptor 350, 400ex or a z400 if want something sporty. See how you use it for awhile and learn what you like about quads. Alot of people spend alot of money and they sit in the garage and they owe more than they can sell them for.
I bouth a warrior 1 1/2 years ago used after almost buying a new quad. Im glad I did I learned alot about what I liked and wanted and upgraded to the new 700 raptor a few months ago. If I would of bought a new quad when I got the warrior I would of bought the wrong quad and not been happy with but would of been stuck with it.

I believe Cabela's sells a kit to make 4-wheelers street legal. Go to cabelas.com and look under ATV accessories. I think that's where I saw it. Not much to the kit- I think it came with a horn and license plate, maybe a couple other things. Make sure you check with local and state laws before riding up and down the streets. Good luck!

well rm, makes a street legal quad kit. I think a 700 is alot for a begginer. but I am trying to get a raptor or yfz tho I love riding my friends raptor 660 and yfzs. but umm yeah its a bit big for a nexbie. go with a z400, or 400ex. I like z's more then the 400ex's. But yeah both are nice quads. I like my blaster because it does great during the week on the trails with all the machines i ride with and tehn on weekends it does awesome on hte track. I have beat z's, 660rs, 300ex and more with it on the track. nice quad. but blaster, or z would be good.
