The Outty still looks awesome...but...I want to keep her looking trim. What do you guys recommend? Not into sandpaper and or "scratch removers" type of process but a good "wipe on."

to keep it lookin shiny use armorall, use it alot. this will soak in and keep it shiny, this process will keep it nice for a long time, i use it on all the rubber and plastic on my hot rods and even after they have sat for some time they always look shiny, as for scratches good luck, this is a problem that only new plastic can fix, been there tried it, if you really want to remove alot of scratches, use 1000 or higher grit sandpaper to clean it up then buff it carefully, i have done this and it works but it only removes the small scratches and it will not look like new and will need armorall to look shiny. it is alot of work though and do it wet, this also helps. these are not proven facts just things i have tried

Plexus is probably best with 303 protectant a close second.

Text - here is the link - I use it mainly for my face mask, gage window, gps and lights.

I use 303 protectant ($50 a gallon, worth it to me) for the bike plastic, wd40 on all metal under the plastic that is easily reached.
