Hey,
One of my friends told me that if and when there is a snow emergency, we are allowed to ride on the streets (on atvs) any where we want to, as long as we do not speed, and do not drive recklously. Have any of you ever heard this or was my friend just acting like a dumb@$$? Thanks

Portland never gets much snow, but one year they got a foot all at once and I seen sleds at gasstations.

what i'm doin is i'm gettin a blade for my foreman that way i can drive it on the streets and tell the cops i'm doin driveways. Sure i'll have a helmet and all the goodies but if they tell me still cant do it i'll just ask why tractors, snowmobiles, and lawmnowers can do it and i cant.
