raptor 660 beat 700
Wow, i just got my raptor and all it has is a slip on and i raced a 700 on pavement, all the way around i beat him by half a quad length, actually he looked like he was gonna maybe half half a mile an hour more than me top speed cuz at the end he was CREEPING like a turtle a little ahead

Was he stock? cause ive been seeing dyno numbers in the low 50s from being opened up on the 700rs and the 660 aint in the 50s with no pipe (atleast i think not). Anyhow good job in beating him.

Why are pred riders so stupid. Its got to be the reason they bought the crappy quad in the first place. If youre going to hang out on the Yamaha forum and dream of one day owning a REAL quad, PLEASE keep you mouth shut so everyone dosent have to listen to your lack of knowledge.

While I dont agree with jrpowersports' post, Webopper's post was not warranted or relevant. paintballbanshee beat a 700 and he's happy about it. He didnt say that the other bike was junk, or that any 660 should be able to beat every 700; rather he just stated the experience that he alone had and made no conclusions based upon the experience.
As for the pred, no one is mentioning it here and no one is interested in rehashing this fight. Polaris will have something with the 525 ktm powered machine, until then the predator is no more impressive than any of the other big bore manual trans sport quads and can lose to any of them just as easily as the next bike.
