I bought a new 400 EX and I love it with the exception of the rear tires. They handle well and have great traction but they are so prone to holes. In 20 hours of riding in the woods mostly both have given me grief. What do you guys suggest I buy to replace them. 90% of my riding in done in the woods.

RAZR's 6 ply!!!! 23" Front 22" Rear. Huge improvement in the woods! Creek crossings, Log jumping and Mud.

Best of all they NEVER go flat!

Bump your pressure up to 4.5 psi and you shouldn't have any problems. Or you can go to your local Honda store and buy the Pro-Comps. They are great tires, somewhat cheap, and don't get punctured. I run cross country with my stock radials and I have no problem.
