I'll talk to my buddy and if i got some cash for the entrance fee and gas we might head on down. If we do just look for the huge fat man. LOL...

in case you are not aware, the entrance fee has rasied to $20.
guess that's how they are paying for all the renovation - they have moved millions of pounds of sand and dirt from the bottom of the two big bowls to the top, making them taller and deeper.

how far a drive is it for ya, can you do it twice in the same week? be cool if you can by on this one too!

I will see if I can fit it in but the wifey doesnt want me goin 2 times in one week lol. It does cost me about $120 per trip just in gas for the truck. But for sure I will make it over there at least a few more times this year. The drive is about 3.5 hrs one way [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] , if we don't see each other before silver lake it's no big deal.

I am 2.5 hrs away, can you find anybody else to split expences with?

 

Usually, if someone else goes with me I ask for help with cost and ya that helps alot. By the way Hightower I have some badlands pictures if you want some for the website. If so give me a email add and I will send some to ya, if you use yahoo messenger we could do it that way aswell and it's faster. lmk, RUSS
