Default should i bore it out.

My friend just had has warrior bored and he took it out to ride after we put a new wiring harness on it and it blew up and he was riding it slow and easy he said he is getting rid of it cuz he has had nuthin but problems out of it. But what i dont get is it blew up on idle, it threw the rod and the valves are stuck. But if you get yours bored they do overheat quicker. Just my knowledge i would sell it and by a ltz 400, i wouldve had one but i got my rappy first and it is fun

one way to fix the overheating problem is a raptor cooling fan or oil cooler kit. Both arnt made for the warrior so they have to be adjusted but lots of people have them

the raptor cooling fan is a waste of time...

but a oil cooling system... AND a raptor cooling fan... wouldn't be...

even JUST an oil cooling system is fine...

i am going to do the oil cooling system this winter as well as a rebuild..
