Default z400 not running right

ok it sat for a while while i replaced the hubs and axle bearing carrier(like 6 weeks) replaced that stuff and did some general maitenence-there was no antifreeze in it so i filled it and then rode it. it ran like garbage. so i thought it sat for a while and i cant trust my bro(he might have put something in the gas) so i drained it and cleaned the carb. still ran like junk so took it to dealer and they replaced the timing unit. got it back and still runs bad. im thinking it runs better hot than cold. bc when there was no anti it ran great, now anti and runs like junk. what do you guys think? thanks

not terrible, there is a little build up i mean the plug is close to two years old. honestly i never thought of that. seems kind of stupid now. yea that might just be it because its missing in second gear and the top end. second has no throttle resposne at all almost like the jetting is off but that hasnt been messed with.

So when you added the coolant and ran it, did it smoke any? Does the coolant level stay the same, or does it go down? Did the dealer even run it after they put the parts in?
