fourtrax 300- longer travel suspension

fourtrax 300- longer travel suspension
is it possible to replace the 3" travel suspension on our old honda 300 4x4 and put on something made for a foreman or something like that with longer travel. we going to hatfield mccoy and i want to hook it up for my sister so she can have a decent ride. thanks, jason
