regearing on 4x4 scrambler500 ?

Default regearing on 4x4 scrambler500 ?

been searching and seems like some ppl. say its ok to gear down on a 4x4 and some say only doit on a 2x4...just would like a refresher? wanna go down to a 12 from a 13 and install a white primary spring.

Default regearing on 4x4 scrambler500 ?

First off why would you want to gear down?The 500 has more lowend power than most will ever need.If you are wanting more zap on the bottom I would recomend a clutch kit with weights and spring.The white spring will help you out a little but not like a complete kit.
I have a spare white spring if interested pm me.

yes definitely look into the clutch kits. there are several companies that make them like: EPI,HPD,AAEN,DALTON,RITTERCYCLE

these companies will get you what you are looking for,,,,, but if you call RITTER, he will recommend something that fits your needs.....
