what is the maximum chain slack for a raptor 660

 

I had this same problem with my 660, just make sure you get it tight enough, because I've thrown 2 chains off that thing. The problem is the way they designed the chain tentioning system. Mine is probably too tight, but I currently have no more than about 1 finger between the chain and the black chain slide on the swing arm, but if you have not had a problem with throwing chains I would run your's the factory's recomended 27-37mm, which it says in the manual. It also says not to excede 37mm, so I wouldn't run it more than 33mm of play just to be safe.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
