Default advice on my next bike...

right now i have a 350, and the power isnt cutting it and i dont feel like pouring a fourtune into it... i do mainly trailriding, but since im probably getting a truck soon id like to go to the dunes more often, what would be a good step-up bike, and about how much would it cost? - thanks alot

Little bias but for trail ridng cant go wrong with the Raptor 700. I just stepped up from a warrior because I was in the same boat as you. I decided it wasnt worth spending money on the motor and bought my 700 and couldnt be happier. I looked at a z400 and its also a awesome quad but I was just afraid I would get tired of it as well.

The 450's do alot better on trails than most give them credit for espicially if your into faster trails. Predators also make good trail quads and have real nice power. I ride with a yfz 450 and a Predator and they both handle the trails we ride great.

my quads of choice would be the new outlaw 525 with the ktm engine,z400,raptor, or any of the 450's all of these quads are very nice and hear that the outlaw has great handling acceleration and is a nice bike overall. also kawi is coming out with a 450 which should be out shortly.

lol,lol I just love how people defend there underpowered warrior. You are clearly a lier or you go up VERY small hills because I use to have a warrior and I weigh 165 and I had A supper hard time geting up all but the very smallest hills and I put all kinds of tires on it. The thing just did not have the power to climb big hills. I would even get running starts at the hills in 5th and some times 6th gear and still not make it up. I know how to ride too. I got a raptor 660 and that thing flyes up the hills in even 5th and it only ran me $2400 with pipe, K&N, Full skids, bumper, grabbar , kill switch and hand gards. good buget quad that will flip over before you run out of power.
