My o4 P700 has a DG3, 4deg offset key, EPI black spring, Modded exhaust and am considering installing the DG intake, HMF full system, Twin Air filter and possibly an aftermarket CDI. My questions are will the intake mods really help and can I install a CDI over my offset key? I will not take it out! Too much of a pita! Also right now my fuel economy is shat! I only get 10 mpg but I do ride very hard. Will this improve or worsen with the above mentiond mods?

 

You can run the vdi with the key because its programmable.
