got the Jetmoto 110 have some questions
#1
Well i got the 110 for my daughter. looks great considering its a chinese made bike. I was a tad disappointed to not see any instructions with it. now i can put the bike together thats not a problem but the wiring for the headlights have different color wires then the wires that are to plug into them. there were also 2 nuts for the left front that were a 13mm vs a 12mm like all the rest so that will be a challenge down the road. At this point i have only gotten things sinched down kinda like a mock setup. I have to get a battery charger and locktite and zip ties to make right. also the Tie rod boots are really flat and there is no zirc, have you guys pealed those back and applied any grease or just left them alone? really looks to be a great bike and my daugther cant wait to ride it. we will be going to winchester bay on laborday her in oregon

well the wiring hookeup the guy told me over the phone was wrong. i had to connect another set of wires and now the lights wont turn off with the handle bar mounted switch. once the key is turned on the head lights are on and there is no hi/low beam.

It should not matter what wires fronm the lights are hooked up but the wires from the quad need to be hooked up right. If I remember right there should be a green wire, white wire and a blue. Some of these dont have high and low but are still wired for it. The green is the negative and either white and blue are positive depending on the position of the switch. You can hook up a white and green wire or blue and green. What color wires and how many are on the headlight assembly?

there are the exact 3 you mentioned. the raceway tech said green to green then brown to blue leaving white unplugged. I plugged the white into the black and thats when the lights worked but the handle bar mounted switch didnt control them. so maybe i should plug the green into the black and the blue into the green and white into the brown?
