rear brake adjustment

Default rear brake adjustment

Is there one? My brakes seem to be squeeking.

I should say its on a 06 Sportsman 500 efi

Default rear brake adjustment

The squeeking is either because your pads are worn out, or simply dirty. Pretty common for our OEM brakes to squeak since they are constantly ran in water, mud, dirt and dust. The Kawasaki Brute Force has an internal rear brake which eliminates that problem.

you could take them out and see if there glazed and run a wire wheel over them to rough them up a little.
