I just got an 04 lta 50 for junior , and did the intake and exhaust plugs , and moved onto the carb slide restrictor . If I remove the plastic washer there is nothing to hold the needle in place , is everyone getting a different washer ? or do you just trim the stocker down ? with the washer/collar in place the carb slide only goes 3/4 the way up .

 

how much difference does this make? i have two of these and am about to give up and switch models. Thanks

 

Thanks , It sounds like its probably not worth the hassle . as we dont race
