Hey everyone, i'm new here. My ATV is killing me. I have no spark in the plug most of the time. If I mess with it for 2+ hours I can sometimes get a spark. I am at a loss. I have put in another CDI, Stator, and I know the ignition coil is good, but still have no spark. I have researched this for a long time. Just ran across this site and really need some info before I take it to a Mechanic. I enjoy working on it but am out of ideas. Pleeeeese Help. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

Clymer manual states:

A: Weak ignition coil.
B: Weak CDI pulse generator.
C: Broken or shorted high tension lead to plug.
D: Loose electrical connections.
E: Loose or broken ignition coil ground wire.

Check all your connections first then the pulse generator. I have a Clymer's manual for that machine as I used to own one so if you have anymore questions....send me a message!
