Default Skid plates on 400ex

I have a 2004 400ex and I just purchased Armadillo A-Arm skid plates, Chasis Skid plate and swingarm skidplate. First of all does anyone run these and how do they hold up? They look like one of the toughest on the market and get good reviews. Also, how easy are they to install? Will I need a jack of some sort to get the bike off the ground? Any suggestions would be a huge help? Thanks.

I have Armadillo plates on my 450R. They hold up great and are easy to install. You don't need a jack. Just have the screws started in the clamps and hook the skid plate to the frame one clamp at a time. Leave them all loose until you have them all hooked, then tighten them. To install the swingarm skid plate stand the quad up on the grab bar.
