Hi guys, this is my first post. I cam across this forum searching on the net.
I just purchased a quad from ebay. I originally bided on a 50cc, but when I called to pay they ask me if I wanted to upgrade to a 70 or 90. I upgraded it to a 90cc.

The action said it was a Eagle, but when I spoke with the gentleman on the phone he said they are known as Badgers also. I read about all problems with the Sunl?s and from the pictures this looks like a Sunl.

Most know that I do not get involved when it comes to posting about other companies but I have to here! Sorry! I would stay far away from this company. The company Right Way ATV's is the owner or was of the company Wicked Rocket www.wickedrocket.com that has screwed tons of people. They have now opened this site and I would be very careful that's all I have to say!

 

One more thing!! From that site they are BMX units not Sunl's!

 

As I just looked more the sellers name on ebay starts with Jay. I am not sure at all but there was a Jay at BMX that was bad bad news! BMX is in TX and the seller on ebay is from TX too all seems funny to me! Now I will end this and not post about it anymore. Again I dont like to talk bad about anyone but I cannot just sit back if someone is asking and I know they are headed for problems!

By any chance can you get parts for these?

The reason I thought it was a Sunl is because it has the remote start/kill and it looks the same from the pics...

Your saying if it is a BMX you can get parts right? I would have purchased from you if I would have found this forum sooner. From my after the fact research it seems there are a lot of scum out there [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

I should have the unit Friday. Is there any ID marks on the bike that would let me know if its a Sunl or not? don't most of these all use the same parts anyway?

Funny thing is the action said it had a one year warranty!

 

If it is a SunL product it will say SunL on the seat and on the side of the bike.

This awesome! Glad to hear this. I will 100% use raceway for parts if they do not honor the warranty.

So far the experience with this seller has been good. I ordered it Tuesday and I will have it Friday, but sales is only 1/2 the game. The one year warrently sounds fishy to me being that everyone else is either 30 or 90 days.....
