What is the best otd price anyone has paid for a Grizzly 700 in Pa or surrounding states and what was the name of the dealer? Is everyone happy with their new Grizz?

when you ask for otd price, does this include sales tax ! my dealer here is getting 6550.00 for 660'S and 7100.00 for 700's before sales tax. add another 7% to the cost here. oh, by the way camo is another 400.00 these are 2007 year , base machines. no options! do these prices sound competitive with other states ? i've also been told by other dealers if you elect to take yamaha's promotional deal on the 69$ winch then the price of the atv goes to msrp. does this sound right? i personaly think this sounds like bs. where's the incentive ...... to the dealer maybe ????
