Need new tires.

Hey
I have a 1997 300 honda and its going to need new tires in the near future. I was wondering what is best for it. i dont want to take to much power away cause it don't have that much power to start with. Would Bear claws be to much for it? What do you think?

Depends on what you do with it. Im an "all terrain" rider, so im in snow, mud, rough rocky terrain, and hardpacked trails. I havnt had a better tire than the Interco Swamplites, which are a number one rated all terrain tire. Look at my pics to see them. Otherwise, for just mud, you may want to look at some strictly mud tires, like ITP Mudlites, or Mud Bugs

Rusty:
I just purchased Bear claws for my Rancher. One point of caution, Bearclaws run small on their sizes. For example, the Stock Dirthooks on the 03 Rancher are 24.2" tall and are 24" size according to their website. The Bear claws are 23.2" at 24" size rating. I actually went to 25" Bear claws which are 24.2" tall.
